In recognition of an age old tradition and to celebrate both the 100 years of rugby in Castleknock and the 175th anniversary of the founding of the College, I am pleased to announce that, under the trusty stewardship of Mark Nolan (class of 1981), the Union is hosting a Munster Branch dinner to be held on Friday 17th September 2010, at 8:00pm in the historic and picturesque Sunday’s Well Boating & Tennis Club, Mardyke, Cork.
The dinner is a black tie event and tickets cost €50 for dinner (including wine). The dinner is open to all pastmen of the College (not just the Munster boys!). This is a great opportunity to meet up and share memories with other pastmen and catch up with old classmates.
Dinner bookings must be paid in advance. The preferred payment method is via the credit card online facility (after login, click BOOK HERE at bottom of this page). We have also arranged a special rate at the River Lee Hotel (formerly Jury’s Cork Hotel) - just 5 minutes walk from the venue - of €110 per room (€55 per person if sharing) per night bed & breakfast, or 2 x night’s bed & breakfast including one dinner at €129 per person sharing for those guests who may wish to stay the weekend in Cork.
