Virtual Event for Pastmen - particular focus for parents & guardians: "Stress and Anxiety in Challenging Time

We are delighted to announce details of our next virtual event for pastmen. Stella O'Malley, a psychotherapist, best selling author and public speaker will host a talk on "Stress and Anxiety in Challenging Times". The talk is aimed at parents & guardians as the talk is focused on the stress and anxiety that children feel.

Much of Stella's counselling and teaching work is with parents and young people which culminated in the publication of her two bestselling books 'Cotton Wool Kids' in 2015 and 'Bully-Proof Kids' in 2017. Stella’s latest book Fragile, was released in 2019 and focuses on overcoming anxiety and stress.
