Union Committee 2023-2024

At the Annual General Meeting which was held on the 21st of May out at the College on Union Day, Mr Bobby Geraghty, Class of 1994, succeeded Mr Aidan McCullen, Class of 1995, as President of the Union.

Meanwhile Mr Ted Robinson, Class of 1997, was elected President-Elect with the expectation of entering office in 2024. We congratulate Aidan on a very successful term in office. The focus now turns to Bobby and we look forward to what the next 12 months have in store. Aidan will now join his predecessors as a Past President Ex-Officio Member of the Committee.

Mr Ian Garrigan has indicated his intention to stay on as Honorary Treasurer for one final year. Mr Cormac Fagan  is emigrating to Japan and has stepped down as Junior President, we thank him for all his good work. Mr Cian McGoldrick will replace Cormac as Junior President as his successor in the role of Honorary Secretary will be announced in due course.

We also had the opportunity to formally welcome onto the Committee two new general member in Mr Christian Martin (Class of 2007) and Mr Robert Troy (Class of 2012). Congratulations Christian & Robert and welcome to the Union Committee.
