The Union was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of John B. Phelan, class '68.
PHELAN John B. December 30, 2017. (suddenly) (Kelowna BC, Canada, formerly of Enniscorthy, Dublin, Waterford and Limerick). Deeply regretted by twin sister Libby, sister Barbara, brothers Justin and Mark, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, niece, nephews, and friends. Details to follow of the return of his ashes to Enniscorthy, where he will rest, as he wished, with our late beloved parents Michael and Mary.
