John Rafferty, class '51

The Union was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of John Rafferty(class '51), brother of the late Fr Martin Rafferty CM (class '55).

In the wonderful care of Anne Marie and her team at Newtownpark House. Predeceased by his brother, Rev. Martin C.M. He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife Mary, sons Johnny, Colin and Neil, daughters-in-law Majella, Rosie and Sarah and grandchildren Ella, Zoe, Daniel, Eddie, Molly, Patrick, Poppy, John Noel, Seamus and Eleanor.

May he rest in peace

Removal on Saturday morning (22nd July) to St. Joseph’s Church, Glasthule, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by cremation at Mount Jerome.
